Certification Policy

We at EACS is committed to provide the certification activities in Impartial, independent and value added manner for QMS, EMS, OHSAS, FSMS, EnMS, MDQMS, ITSMS , ISMS , MDD, AUTOMOTIVE, BCM AEROSPACE and other management system as for the client and accreditation board satisfaction.
EACS shall provide the certification services through the competent personnel and improve their competency by training and timely evaluation. EACS strives towards objectives and believes in continual improvement in the certification activities through effective internal audit, MRM and strong feedback system from clients, auditors, certification staff, third parties and other stakeholders.
ROHS ensures that its services are available to all its clients and these services are not based on under financial or any other consideration. EACS ensure that all its procedures / guidelines operate in a non discriminatory manner..

This is accomplished through:

  • Providing our customers with a professional service that is perceived to add value to their business and satisfy their expectations
  • Practising sound certification principles through competent staff and overseas Managing Agents and Agents
  • Caring for and valuing our staff
  • Briefing and training our staff to deliver audits that satisfy our customers, supervisory body and the standard we set

We wish to achieve our aims as a major international accredited certification body and recognise that effective management of our clients, our staff, our certification process and our business results makes good business sense. It will be a fundamental and integral part of our business strategy.

  • Developing an open exchange of information with organisations and the Public on the certification service that we offer

  • Practising sound business principles to manage the certification body and give a return on our shareholder’s investment
